The SEEBLOCKS.eu (Supporting European Efforts in Blockchain and DLT Standardisation) project is an EU-funded initiative under the Digital Europe programme, running from 2023 to 2025. Its main objective is to strengthen Europe's presence and influence in the international standardisation of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT).
HSbooster.eu has developed a strategic partnership with SEEBLOCKS.eu, combining our respective expertise to enhance standardisation education in blockchain technologies. A key achievement includes the integration of HSbooster.eu's training materials into SEEBLOCKS.eu's Standards Visualisation Tool, significantly enriching this educational resource. The collaboration further explored incorporating HSbooster.eu's proven methodologies into SEEBLOCKS.eu's teaching modules to strengthen standardisation training approaches.
Our joint activities have included a successful webinar on March 7, 2024, which demonstrated the synergies between research innovation and blockchain standardisation. This event showcased how both projects contribute to strengthening European standardisation efforts through knowledge sharing and best practice development.
The partnership expanded internationally when HSbooster's coordinator participated in SEEBLOCKS.eu's workshop during the SES Conference 2025 in the USA. The event, titled "A Transformative Power for a Transatlantic Digital Posterity," featured HSbooster presenting Europe's standardisation advancements and moderating discussions on EU-US blockchain standardisation collaboration.
HSbooster also contributed to SEEBLOCKS.eu's final event, "How the DEP project SEEBLOCKS.eu has impacted European Blockchain/DLT Standardisation" where our representative shared valuable insights about European standardisation needs and training perspectives.
